Due Diligence

Potential Threats: Possible Opposition & Risks

Deals, Offerings & Products

Potential Partners, Associates & Investors

Due Diligence is used in business to mean doing your research to make sure that what you are pursuing is what you think it is, based on what you heard or read about a venture, an offer, a deal, an investment and even getting involved with someone in business, in a project, or even personally.

Due Diligence is often associated with confirming the numbers, projections, and declarations, as well as meeting potential or existing partners, associates, and key players.

Due Diligence is also doing the necessary footwork, examination and oversight to make sure that what the client wants to do, or may want to get involved with is what they perceive it to be.
